The "UB Food" festival, organized by the Office of the Governor of the Capital, will take place in the second week of April to introduce citizens and tourists to national and foreign food cultures, kicking off the tourism season this year. The "UB Food" event will take place at Sukhbaatar Square from the 8th to the 14th of this month. This festival will highlight the Republic of Uzbekistan's culinary tastes and culture, while monks from Gandantegchinlen Monastery, the hub of Mongolian Buddhism, will create flour soup in a one-ton cast iron pot using ancient methods and promote Mongolian culinary culture. The "UB Food" festival, which will introduce the culinary cultures of different countries, will take place in the central plaza from the 8th to the 14th of this month.
